Dye sublimation printing has taken over the fashion business. We are sublimation printing professionals, specializing in all-over t-shirt and sports vest printing. This method isn’t only for fashion firms; it’s also ideal for any company, brand, or band that wants to stand out.
We can print on one or both sides of your t-shirt. Furthermore, the adoption of groundbreaking new technology guarantees that there are no significant white spaces beneath the arms (something common with sublimation printing).
Because sublimation inks only adhere to polyester, we always recommend using 100% polyester t-shirts for the best results. We can also print on poly-cotton mixes, although the design will be less bright than on our 100% polyester items.
Quality is important, therefore don’t gamble with it. We’re a manufacturing partner you can rely on as a market-leading supplier to some of the biggest brands.

All-over T-shirt printing is made feasible through a fascinating technological method known as sublimation printing. To do this, we first print your artwork on a “high release paper substrate.” This paper is then placed over and below the T-shirt.
The T-shirt and papers are then subjected to heat and pressure, allowing a chemical reaction to occur in which the solid inks become gaseous and subsequently transfer into the fabric of the garment. This is one of the rare chemical processes in which the solid does not become a liquid before converting to a gas. That’s quite awesome, isn’t it?
